Acceptable Use Policy

This acceptable use policy (“AUP”) governs your access to and use of the cloud computing capabilities that are offered by Denvr Dataworks Corp. or its affiliates (“Denvr”), and such capabilities are collectively referred to as the “Denvr Cloud”. We may revise this AUP from time to time to add or modify prohibitions.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use, or facilitate or allow others to use, the Denvr Cloud:

to violate the legal rights of others;
to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws and regulations, including laws relating to:
- child sexual exploitation or abuse;
- terrorism or violence that can cause death, serious harm, or injury to individuals or groups of individuals;
- intellectual property;
- export and import controls;
- economic and trade sanctions; or
- data privacy, international communications, and the transmission of data;
to disrupt or impair the use of the Denvr Cloud by other users;
to generate, distribute, publish, send, or facilitate the sending of unsolicited mass email, promotions, advertisements, or other solicitations (or “spam”);
to perform any cryptocurrency mining, including validating blockchain transactions, generating cryptocurrency, or engaging in any related activities;
to hack, exploit, or engage in activities designed to compromise the security or integrity of Denvr Cloud, including Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, malware, or phishing;
to impersonate any person, entity, or organization, or to falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; or
to distribute viruses, worms, Trojan horses, corrupted files, hoaxes, or other items of a destructive or deceptive nature.
